ERROUS scrap shears

When processing ferrous scrap our automated guillotine shear easily handles over-sized lengths and our large-capacity cranes allow us to offload heavy items safely and efficiently.  Our capability to accept and process cumbersome material saves valuable labor costs for our suppliers.

NON-FERROUS preparation for mills

We use shredder technology to purify  commingled grades of aluminum scrap, removing iron and other non-metallic contaminants to produce clean aluminum in uniform sizes and densities for smelters.

One gripper-fed hydraulic baler and one countersunked, double-ram baler package material at high speed, making it mill-ready for shipments.

Environmentally sound processing of cable scrap 

We process cable scrap by means of an equipment line that consists of a prechopper, pre-granulator and Redoma fine-granulator.  Metals and plastic are separated on a vibrating air table.

1300 tons of cable scrap can be processed yearly using this environmentally tender technology.

CRTs make up 40 per cent of WEEE

In the year 2003 our company was the very first in Hungary where the hot-wire Vicor technology was introduced for handling cathode ray tubes of TV sets and computer monitors.

Ferrous parts are removed from the opened CRTs and the luminescent powder is vacuum cleaned from the inner surface of panel glass.

We've been continously looking for companies that can accept panel, funnel and mixed glass fractions for recycling. 

Hot-wire glass separation technology has temporarily ceased due to technical reasons. During this periode  collection and proper recycling of CRT equipment has been maintained and guaranteed.
